Delete your Chatforce account

You can delete your Chatforce account and its data at any time. You use the same account in the iOS app, the Android app and on chatforce.com, so deleting it in one place deletes it everywhere.

How to delete your account

1. In the app (iOS or Android)

   Open Chatforce: Games to Swipe and go to You tab > Account > Delete account, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

2. On chatforce.com

   The website does not have a delete button yet. If you only use Chatforce on the web, use the email option below, or sign in to the app with the same account and delete it there.

3. Without the app, by email

   Email founders@chatforce.com from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Chatforce sign-in, so you can no longer log in with it.
• Your email address and your name.
• Your profile pictures, such as your avatar, logo and banner.

What stays

• Games you published stay up, credited to a deleted user.
• Comments you wrote stay up, credited to a deleted user.
• Records of chip purchases and spending are kept, but they no longer carry your email or name.
• Our database backups may hold a copy of your old account details for up to 35 days before they are replaced.

Deleting your account can't be undone.
